We use your email address to record your book request and provide a PDF download on the page after the request is saved. Book-topic emails and the general newsletter are separate, optional choices. You can download a book without choosing either. A signup applies to the selected book or newsletter in the language of the form; it does not sign you up in another language.
We store requests and signups in Listmonk. For each purpose, we record the first and latest request or consent, its date, the form page and form-copy version. A later unchecked box does not cancel an earlier subscription. You can unsubscribe from that mailing list or contact kontakt@goranaradetic.com to ask about your data or withdraw consent.
We review request-only records for removal after 90 days. We keep book-topic subscriptions while subscribed and review inactive contacts annually. These are manual reviews, not automatic deletion deadlines. We preserve records still needed for other subscriptions, consent history or suppression of unwanted email. Requesting a book alone does not authorize promotional emails. This form provides an on-page download and does not send the book or a confirmation email.
